LR!C Goes Virtual: Learn an Instrument & Make New Friends at Our 18+ Mini-Camp!
Do you wish you had a program like Girls Rock! Chicago when you were younger? Well then, LR!C is for YOU. We welcome women (cis or trans), transgender folks of any identity, and gender-expansive folks ages 18 & up. Join us for two weekends of instrument instruction, songwriting, and band practice. At the end of the program, your band will share an original, self-recorded song in a virtual listening party at the End-of-Camp Extravaganza! No previous musical experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided.
We are proud that LR!C offers an inclusive, welcoming, and safe space for our adults to learn new skills and express themselves surrounded by their peers' support. So let’s stay inside this January and make the most of the winter, together!
